These terms apply when you use AccBooks, a shop accounting service operated by GameX Pc Hub, Kaliachak, Malda, West Bengal, India. By creating an account you agree to what is written here.
1. What the service does
AccBooks is software for small shops to record sales, purchases, stock, customer dues and expenses. It is a record-keeping tool. It does not file your taxes, does not give financial advice, and is not a substitute for a chartered accountant.
2. Your account
- You must give a working email address that belongs to you.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your login details private.
- One account is meant for one business owner. The number of devices, shops and staff logins allowed depends on the plan you buy.
- Sharing one account across unrelated businesses is not allowed.
- You must be at least 18 years old to buy a plan.
3. Plans and payment
- Every new account gets a 7 day free trial. No card is needed and nothing is charged automatically.
- After the trial you may buy a plan. Prices are shown on the plans page in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Plans do not auto-renew. Your access simply pauses when the plan period ends, and you can renew whenever you want.
- Introductory prices, where offered, apply to the first purchase only. Renewal happens at the regular price shown at that time.
- We may change prices for future purchases. A plan you already paid for is never affected.
4. Your data belongs to you
Everything you enter — products, sales, customers, ledgers — is yours. We store it so the service can work, and we do not sell it or share it with advertisers. See the Privacy Policy for details.
If your plan expires, your data is not deleted. You simply cannot add new entries until you renew. You can request an export of your data at any time by writing to gamexpchub@gmail.com.
5. What you must not do
- Use the service for anything illegal, or to record transactions meant to evade tax or launder money.
- Try to break into, overload, reverse-engineer or copy the service.
- Resell or sublicense access without written permission from us.
- Upload content that infringes someone else's rights.
If we find any of this, we may suspend the account. Where the situation allows it, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix it.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will never go down. Maintenance, internet problems, or issues at our hosting provider can cause interruptions. We are not liable for business losses caused by downtime.
7. Keep your own backups
We take regular backups, but you should also export your important records from time to time. Accounting data matters too much to depend on any single copy — including ours.
8. Limits of our responsibility
The service is provided "as is". To the extent Indian law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for meeting your own tax and legal obligations.
9. Ending the agreement
- You may stop using the service at any time. Write to us if you want your account and data deleted.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where we are required to by law.
- If we close the service entirely, we will give at least 30 days notice and let you export your data.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Meaningful changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Malda, West Bengal have jurisdiction. Before going to court, please write to us — most issues are sorted out with a phone call.
